Wheel-thrown stoneware at 8-11oz, currently at greenware stage. The clay is bone-dry and waiting for your inscription.
I’ll carve your text by hand into the bottom in my handwriting — dates, coordinates, names, a line that means something. This piece allows 18 characters. Inscription first, then bisque fire, then your glaze applied by hand, then final fire to cone 6. The inscription fills with glaze and fires permanent at 2232°F.
You choose the words. You choose the glaze. Both become permanent.
