1. General
These Terms govern your use of Amanda Kelly Pottery’s services, including purchasing pottery, merchandise, or supplies, participating in classes or workshops, and using our website or physical studio. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting on our website.
2. Products and Purchases
- Product Descriptions: We sell handmade pottery, merchandise, and select pottery supplies. We strive to ensure all product descriptions (e.g., dimensions, materials, colors) are accurate. As our pottery is handmade, slight variations may occur.
- Sales Channels: Products are primarily sold online through our website, with occasional in-person sales at our studio or events.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude shipping costs and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payments: We use WooPayments and accept all payment methods supported by WooPayments, including major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
- Shipping: Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

3. Classes and Workshops
- Eligibility: Standard classes and workshops are restricted to participants aged 18 and older. Child-specific classes are offered for younger participants, with parental consent required.
- Registration: Class or workshop registration is confirmed upon full payment. Spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Waivers: All participants in in-person classes or workshops must sign a liability waiver prior to participation. Failure to sign the waiver will result in denial of participation without a refund.
- Cancellations by You: Cancellations made more than 7 days before a class start date are eligible for a full refund, less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion, subject to availability.
- Cancellations by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Attendance: Participants must arrive on time. We reserve the right to deny entry to late arrivals without a refund. Participants must follow all studio safety guidelines, including proper use of tools and equipment.
4. Intellectual Property
- Studio Designs: All pottery designs, merchandise, images, and content created by Amanda Kelly Pottery are our intellectual property. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our designs without written permission.
- Class Creations: Pieces created by participants during classes or workshops are the property of the creator. Amanda Kelly Pottery claims no ownership over such pieces but reserves the right to photograph or display them for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
5. Liability and Safety
- Studio Safety: Participants in classes or workshops assume responsibility for following safety instructions provided by our staff. A signed liability waiver is required for all in-person activities. We are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow guidelines or improper use of equipment (e.g., kilns, tools).
- Product Use: Our pottery and supplies are intended for decorative or functional use as specified. We are not liable for damages caused by misuse (e.g., placing non-oven-safe items in an oven).
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amanda Kelly Pottery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
6. Customer Conduct
We expect standard etiquette from all customers and participants in our studio. This includes respectful behavior toward staff, other customers, and studio property. We reserve the right to remove individuals who violate this policy without a refund.
7. Privacy
We collect personal information (e.g., name, email, shipping address) to process orders and provide services. 8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
